What I’m reading…

Okay, I probably should have titled this post, “What I just read,” but, oh, well. Last night (right before 1 a.m.), I finished reading the latest installment in Kresley Cole‘s Immortals After Dark series, WICKED DEEDS ON A WINTER’S NIGHT. If you haven’t read this book yet and you are a paranormal fan, then GET THEE TO A BOOKSTORE! This book was absolutely awesome. A great read that made me feel like I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. I’ve loved all the books in this series (I particularly enjoyed A HUNGER LIKE NO OTHER).

Some quick details about WICKED DEEDS–don’t worry, I won’t give away any spoilers: The hero is a werewolf, the heroine is a witch, and, jeez…do I really need to say more? The conflict is killer, the sexual tension is blistering, and you should really, really read this book. Or put it on your Christmas wish list.

So, it looks like I’ll finally have a real (okay, not artificial anyway) Christmas tree. The new house came with its own Christmas tree. Now, Nick and I just have to figure out exactly how we’re gonna decorate that baby…

And, if I can ever get around to cleaning up my courtyard/garden area, well, I’ll have a sweet writing spot (or, at least that is what my gargoyle says).
