I apologize for not posting this sooner. (I’m gonna blame the Christmas craziness at my house.) I have a new article for writers posted in my “Extras” section. This article is called: New Year’s Resolution: Write.
It’s a guide to help you meet your writing goals. In other words, a guide to help you stay focused and write a book in 2009.
Hope you’re having a great weekend!

Okay, I just had to post this information. If you follow this link, you can get a Borders coupon for 40% off the list price of any one book. Come on, you know you still have people to buy for–okay, most of you do. (Brandy and Edie, I’m jealous!) Now, in order to use the coupon, you do need to have a Borders Rewards membership, but signing up for that is free and easy. Do it here.
Get that coupon and use it to buy a book. Keep that book for yourself or give it to someone you love.
And, because I do so LOOOOVVVE to be helpful, I’ll even give you a book buying suggestion. 🙂
(Gah! I’m next to Christine Feehan! How cool is that? Well, okay, not me personally, but my book…and, by the way, if you haven’t read Christine’s FEVER, you are missing out!)
Happy shopping! I’ll be off early in the morning doing the same thing.

Christmas is a week away, and my son wore shorts yesterday. Shorts! Come on–where’s the cold weather? The hint of snow? Sigh.
I’ve recevied some early Christmas presents–in the form of new reviews for MIDNIGHT SINS. I wanted to share some snippets with you (ah, sharing the Christmas joy):
Victoria of TwoLips Reviews said, “Should have known to budget my time more wisely because once I started Midnight Sins, I couldn’t stop reading it until the last page! I lost a lot of sleep that night, but Cynthia Eden’s latest paranormal novel was o, so worth it! Fall into the spell Ms. Eden weaves, dear reader, and become immersed in the supernatural beings known as the Other.”
Ann of Romance Junkies gave the book a Blue Ribbon rating of 4 and noted, “MIDNIGHT SINS is a welcome addition to the series and I can’t wait for the next relationship to unfold because I have a feeling that it will be an explosive ride.”
And Rista of The Romance Readers Connection said, “This is a truly hot book! Intrigue, compelling chemistry between the main characters, and a terrific writing style makes this story a joy to read.”
Thank you, Victoria, Ann, and Rista!
Now if these reviews have got you thinking you need to pick up a copy of MIDNIGHT SINS, do go with that feeling. 🙂
And there is a Red Sage Chat tonight at Writerspace. Here’s the info:

I’m guest blogging over at Novel Thoughts today. Talking about monsters (Hey, what else? You know I love them!) and I’m giving away an autographed copy of MIDNIGHT SINS. If you haven’t bought your copy yet (What? This is an awesome Christmas gift!) then you could win an autographed one today.
A week until Christmas Eve…am I the only one starting to panic?
