We are five weeks away from the 9/29/20 release of SAY I DO!! 
And, since I’m thinking about Dex and Lacey…this makes me remember the very first time they met (they appeared as secondary characters in CHASE AFTER ME). 
I thought we’d do a quick walk down memory lane with that scene. Ready?

Lacey’s knife was still at his throat. She’d nicked him. “So are you one of the good guys? Is that what I’m getting from this talk?”
His head turned back toward her. He smiled. “I am the best you will ever have.” A sensual note slid into his voice.
“Doubt it.” She pressed the knife down harder—
