I’m currently counting down the days until the release of the next Christine Feehan Carpathian tale–Dark Demon. According to Amazon.com, it’ll be out on March 28, 2006. Hmmm. Just a little over a month to go. I can do that–I mean, it’s not like I don’t have plenty to keep me occupied–what with my sweet little baby, my writing, editing, housecleaning, and my fanatic movie watching. So, sure, I can make it until March 28th. Really.

All right…I’ll probably start haunting the book store around March 25. Hey, what can I say? Sometimes the people at my local Books-a-Million screw up and put the books out too early. Their mistake, my joy.

Christine Feehan is on my auto buy list. Anytime one of her books comes out, I buy it instantly. I don’t bother reading the book jacket. I don’t read any reviews. I just buy it. The woman is that good.

I love her Carpathians, and I also really adore her Seven Sisters (Drake Sisters) stories. The next Drake tale won’t be coming out until this summer, dang it. But I’ll sure be picking it up. Right now, I don’t know much about Dangerous Tides–it’s Libby’s tale, and after her…I’m really hoping that Hannah and Jonas’s story will be released. Christine Feehan has done a great job of setting up their relationship in the previous books, and now I can’t wait to find out how their story ends!

So, I guess I’ll go back to waiting…
