There are now only two weeks left before the official release of HOTTER AFTER MIDNIGHT. Two weeks. Jeez–I remember when it was eight months, six months–now, two weeks! I can’t wait to walk into the bookstore and see this particular book on the shelves. Can’t wait.

In the meantime, to keep my mind off the upcoming release and to focus my nervous energy (cause, yep, I’ve got lots of that), I’m staying busy. When I came back from my conference, I had the final galley of BLOOD HUNT (my novella in Secrets, Volume 25: Wicked Delights, due out this December) waiting for me. I plan to finish that up tonight–and I’ll be posting an excerpt from that story, too. For those who’ve read my other Red Sage/Secrets works, this tale isn’t part of my werewolf series–instead, it features a vampire heroine and the bounty hunter who has the unfortunate luck of stumbling into her path. The lady literally has a taste for bad boys.

After I finish up my galley review, I’ll get back to my WIP–and hopefully finish up the rough draft of Niol’s story in the next few weeks. I’m at a turning point in that story, the big build up to the climax, so the action is much faster now.
